Refund and Exchange Policy
Please read carefully before making your purchase, as not all items sold on this site are eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
See below for a list of non-returnable items, eligibility requirements, time frame for returns/exchanges, and information on how your refund will be calculated.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of the following items:

- Shapewear
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Special or Promotional Orders
- Tailored or customized garments
- Pre-orders
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Discounted item/s using a promo code
- Gift Cards
Shapewear
To preserve the integrity of our medical-grade shapewear, each faja is stored in its original packaging in a climate-controlled space and only handled with gloves on the day it ships. When your order arrives, you can feel confident knowing it has never been worn, tried on, or sent to another customer.
We know purchasing shapewear is an important investment — and the right fit makes all the difference in your recovery. That’s why we’ve connected our website chat and contact form directly to our personal phones, so there’s always someone available to answer your sizing questions and guide you toward the perfect fit.
Before placing your order, please double-check your measurements against our size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for comfort and a smooth transition between compression stages.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return on items not listed above, they must be in the same condition that you received them - unworn, unused, with tags and labels affixed, and in their original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. To expedite processing times, please also include the original order packing slip in your return package.
Time Frame
Eligible orders may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
How Your Refund is Calculated
Please note that the refund amount only includes the cost of the item(s) plus any tax paid. It does not include original shipping fees. Further, all refunds are subject to a $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Purchased with Gift Card and/or Exchanged for Store Credit are not subject to the return shipping fee.
Damaged Items
Our Quality Control Team carefully inspects our merchandise upon receipt from our manufacturer and then again at the time you make your purchase, prior to shipment. We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity and would not ship you anything that we ourselves wouldn't accept or wear. That being said, we expect the same integrity from our customers. Upon receiving your purchased goods, please inspect them thoroughly prior to trying them on.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or defective, or of the wrong size, color, or design, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are a two-fold process. You must first return your purchased item in order for our Quality Control Team to check it. If and once approved, you will be awarded store credit which you may then use to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at support@deuxcoeurs.co. Include your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of your reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it to ensure eligibility requirements are met and immediately notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a couple of days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
